Nelson Liem founded emerce in November 2004. He graduated from the University of Calgary in 2000 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and honed his skills with various technology companies in marketing and sales .With a passion for helping people, Nelson is focused on how he can make those surrounded by him "Great". Nelson's passion for helping others transcends into the organization and is one of the core values of emerce - the delivery of superior customer service.

Nelson is a thrill seeker and always seeks new adventures. Nelson enjoys an active lifestyle and currently keeps the clock ticking by doing yoga, martial arts, and weight-training.

Tong Cam brings a wealth of customer service experience to emerce . With over 5+ years in customer service, Tong is committed in delivering prompt and timely service to members of emerce . "I believe what excels a business over its competition is customer service - and we here at emerce are very focused on delivering just that!"

In Tong's spare time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing sports. Tong is expecting a baby girl this coming May 2008!
